The jump from Gears 1 to Gears 2 is incredibly small compared to the jump from Resistance 1 to Resistance 2. Resistance went from AA --> AAA Gears went from AAA --> AAA I've spent over 150 hours on Resistance's multiplayer aspects, even platinum'd the game. Most fun I've ever had online on a console to be honest. Both games are superb. Must haves for PS3/360 Owners.CTUDude
This claim is so false thats not even funny. The jump from the first gears to the second one is HUGE. Maybe you didnt playd the games so, here an example:

Lets see the changes. More players. New Co-op mode. New multiplayer system. Better graphics. Both Resistance and Gears if war were changed in the exact same ways. Don't let the review fool you into thinking Resistance had HUGE changes.[QUOTE="Mr_Alexander"][QUOTE="PAL360"]

Don't let the review fool you into thinking Resistance had HUGE changes.More players- Only 1 and personally I prefered 4. New Co-op mode- Horde is pretty good, but it got boring after awhile considering you had to camp in order to get to high waves. New muliplayer system- Geez this was horrid! I am pretty sure your talking about the new matchmaking system. They finally fixed it, but it can still take a bit sometimes to find games. Better graphics- a given. Please Log In to post.
