Even if the video you saw had the PC version looking worse, a higher end PC could render the game far better than the 360 would be able to. Hell, a high end PC can make any good looking game look godly. Bioshock already looks awesome, I can't even imagine what a top of the line PC could do for that game.

The PC version is going to be Dx10 compatible.

The 360 version isn't.

A high end PC is a high end PC.

An Xbox 360 according to Epic, is a low to mid range PC.

But hey, if your somehow thinking the 360 version is going to look better, I'm not going to argue with someone who just finished grade school.

Also, that video you posted is of the 360 version, notice the 360 buttons flash up?

Yes, but it's not going to have those flash up on screen by default. Even if you use a gamepad on the PC version it isn't going to instruct you by the 360 controls.
