It sold 425, 000 units in July... JULY! One of the slowest months of the year..... now Strikers is out, MP3 is out, Galaxy, Brawl, No more Hero's are coming...

I bet Nintendo would sell a million Wii's alone in NA a month if they could ever manage to ship that much...

just sit back and witness history being made ;)

They're going to stay the same. It's been selling out anyways. But games are not going to affect Wii sales anyways since the sales are being driven soley by casuals at this point.

I know, seriously. Anyways, I honestly doubt that these games will increase sales. DON'T BITE ME YET. Think about it, the Wii is already selling like crack as it is. Demand will only go higher with the same supply, and we all know that the supply is far less than the demand right now. Now Wii's will sell out at the stores in 30 minutes instead of an hour... :?

Most people who buy a Wii are less concerned about big titles than those who buy 360's or PS3's, so big games won't boost sales much at all. I mean, MP was out on Gamecube, as were Mario and Zelda games, but the Gamecube did very poorly, now didn't it...

Metroid won't do anything, it only has a big enough fanbase in NA. Galaxy and Brawl will shift Gazzillion wii's with their hardcore and casual appeal. But they are not out yet. We'll see. Halo 3 will shift 360's too. PS3 doesn't have a system seller until MGs4 so expect that system to stay 3rd every month for the remaindre of the year.

I doubt there will be much of an increase in sales. A lot of people have already bought a Wii and didn't need big games to justify that decision.

I think Nintendo will finally stop controlling the flow of Wii's when all the big hitters are out.

Yeah, I also wonder how badly Wii sales will tank once the big games such as Halo 3 and Mass Effect arrive. I mean, we already know Bio-shock is tearing up the charts...heh, just imagine the sales boost from GTA IV alone. Oh...wait, another delusional "wii will win this or that" thread from the biggest sheep...my mistake. :lol:
