I wonder why lemmings here kept saying PS3 is flop?

Just curious. Yes PS3 is in the 3rd place. Yes PS3 sales is slow. But are they forgot that PS3 is yet to reach 1 year since they launched it last year? Sony never I see never Sony show sign of panic about this. Plus thay have big and long term plan for PS3. And remember Sony is yet to release it AAA title and price drop. Their AA title, RFOM already surpass 2 million. That`s a good sign. If PS3 suffer the same fate like Dreamcast yes that is FLOP. Right now PS3 is far from flop....

Note : Where is Greg_Splicer? After SE confirmed no FF for 360 he disappeared. Greg where are you?

Why do Sheep, Hermits, Lemmings, and even some Cows call it a flop? You may not have been in this forum before the PS3 launch. That was when Killzone 2 CGI trailer was 'in-game'. That was when next generation didn't start till Sony said it did. That was when the PS3 was going to launch and sell more then all the consoles combined. That was when the PS3 was going to overpass the 360 within 3 months. That was when the Wii was laughed at.

That is why we call it a flop, because all of the above did not happen.

Because PS3 fans say the 360 is a crap system.

Thus the System Wars cycle continues.

Man, ps3 isn't a flop. But i am VERY DISAPOINTED in Sony. And please, Killzone 2 may be an amazing game, and mgs4, for sure, but Halo 3 will blow ANY GAME out of the water, regardless of what system it's for. Halo in general has evolved from more than just a videogame. A lot of people unfortunately don't know about a lot of great japanese games, but still in all, please, it's Halo!! IT'S FREAKIN HALO!

Games I 'm excited for: FF13, MGS4, SSBB, Mario Galaxy, Halo 3, Blue Dragon....

Going from 1st to 3rd is a flop.

MS is going ensure it with Halo 3, Bioshock, Mass Effect , Gears 2, improvements to XBL and a price cut.

Nintendo can do whatever they like and they will still reach the top spot this generation.
