ICO 3: The Queen

So i was just browsing the net for some SoTC and ICO wallpapers and I stumbled upon this site:

Is this real or fake? I haven't noticed any thread or news about this game on any site :?

Well if you can read it says the FLASH teaser is a "fake" however they do not deny that ICO 3 is indeed in the making.

if you read what I posted they are stating that they will have some kind of a teaser or trailer ready for this years TGS in October...

It's in the same universe, and some suggest it's actually a PREQUEL. Either way, you are right, it's not ICO 2.
