If a $30 RE4 port with Wiimote controls is WRONG.. I dont wanna be RIGHT

Lets see... 

re4 with added missions (PS2), wii-mote controls, slightly cleaned up textures, true widescreen support... all for $30 ?

Where do I sign up? 

3 reasons why this game will do well on the Wii:

1. The price ... $30

2. the fact that this will be about the only Wii game to have adult content and its massivley expanding userbase of consumers will be starved for such titles.

3. The fact that the Waggle wand goes hand in hand with this games marketabilty... bringing to life: chainsawing, knifing, or shooting people.... it's sure to cause some controversary with the media giving this game the exposure it sorely lacked in its GCN/PS2 release.

Lets not sit here and pretend that an enhanced version of arguably the best game from last gen is somehow a bad thing for your console ;)

Anyone who wouldn't pay $30 for RE4 has no taste in games. Throw in some extras, and that's just the icing on the cake.

Why do cows and lemmings assume RE5 will be better than RE4? RE3 wasn't better than RE2 was it? Nope, it was worse. All we know is that RE4 was a great, great game. One of my fave GCN games in fact. RE4 with extras and presumably pro-scan will be even better.Number_1_Gamer

i laughed at the price of a last gen game. He try to make it seem as if the ps3 only has one game. completely different. You're just as horrible as he is at debating.

How is that a bad comeback?  If paying $30 for an updated version of one of last gen's best games is a bad deal, how do you justify paying $60 for GUN, simply because it's "next-gen?" 

I'm gonna tell you people why I'm happy with this news. I'm happy because even though I owned RE4 for GCN, I know that all Wii owners will now be able to experience a great game. As many people as possible should be able to play this great game. Number_1_Gamer

This game is going to sell like gangbusters on the Wii for $30 and give it some much needed adult content. The Wii controls/kills will make it much more marketable, and the fact that the Wii is set to have a much wider userbase than the GC will allow MANY new people to enjoy this masterpiece.

Lets not sit here and pretend that an enhanced version of arguably the best game from last gen is somehow a bad thing for your console ;)

This is what I don't get. They could be selling golden turds  in the street corner but in the end its still a turd. Why are you throwing sales numbers in my face to prove that a port is justifide? "Well its selling so STFU".  Well it may be selling but that doesn't mean its not a port or a waste of time. This is why sheep get no respect even with sales. They don't care WHAT sells as long as it does. I would only brag about sales if what was selling was worth buying.

Crap can sell but its still crap in the end. I'm not saying the Wii is crap, I'm saying don't use sales to justify every piece of junk they are trying to sell through the Wii.
