I wouldnt care, Activision is a greedy evil company. The only thing Id miss is some of the smaller developers that make games that Activision publishes.
I could care less about that game, after MW1, there's no way I'm paying full price for a Call of Duty game ever again, though I'll get it $40 or less, so I kind of care about MW2, just not at $60.

I don't care about them. I've never bought a game from Activision and the only ones I have played are COD and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. I could do without either series so yeah.

So..everyone here wants one of the most important publishers in the business to suddenly go bankrupt? I don't like many of their games, but c'mon people.

lol win. if Activision goes, i hope Blizzard and Vevendi and can pull out, as well as the smaller developers like Infinity Ward. This isn't gonna happen for a long time though. WOW, Diablo 3, Star Craft 2, Call of Duty, Guiter Hero, are all massive massive franchises that will sell a lot.
If an entire company as big as Activision went out in a single day I'd seriously be scared. Especially if they literally all died. And I'd kinda sad so many people died. If you mean if they just out of business some how then I'd still be pretty sad since thats thousands of people who just lost jobs.
No matter how you look at it, even if you don't like Activision, them dying or going out of business is not a good thing for anybody. They've hard a big part in the growth the game industy has seen in the last few years and in their times they've made some of the most influential games in history not to mention some of the best.
I would feel a great deal satisfaction knowing Activision where out of the picture and that greedy fat waster Bob Kotick aka Dr Robotnik didn't have his way with the games industry.
sorry but i'm looking forward to DJ hero and COD mw2. and besides, Guitar hero is alot better then rock band(has way more of a challange) so. i guess i would be like wtf if they just uped and died
As greedy as they are and as much as I dislike them, they have a large chunk of the industry in their hands. I would never see sequels of many titles that I loved by them, and at very least release dates would be pushed back on all of their games when they get picked off of by vulchers.
I think its Kotick that everyone hates not Activision. Besides Activions is a necessary evil like it or not.

We hate their business practices for the most part (or at least thats what I hate) and yes, Kotick is part of it, but when a company gets that big its hard to see them like they used to be. Activision will never have an untarnished name ever again. They may even return to a similar stature, but people will always remember what Kotick has said.
