yes... yet again, more proof that nVidia is planning everything in accordance with Crysis. They released Crysis beta drivers, and when the demo is ready, the driverswill be finalized.
Edit - Link To New nVidia Beta Crysis Drivers
They did the same for Bioshock.

They did the same for Bioshock. What, is nVidia behind Bioshock now too? Or maybe companies just want to get good performance for their users.
What? they had Bioshock drivers? eh... I guess my statement was erroneous.
it on high?really cause it doesnt look that good.
and dude there is an NDA:x

its a closed beta.....this isnt like the Halo 3 or COD4 beta which are done pretty much only for hype....these are done to test the online performence and such...very often they are missing many graphical features....I know the quake wars beta was missing all high resolution textures.

Yeah the high looks good but not "OMGWTFBBQ" good.
Isn't max Ultra-High?? Just wondering....
I'm not surprised. In almost every beta I participate in they limit the graphics.[QUOTE="baddog121390"]I didn't take that screen. A guy from Crysis-Online posted it.horrowhip
oh.... Anyway, I though that it was not officially open until Wednesday. That's what someone on inCrysis said. I guess I just thought he was mistaken, but the more I think about it, the more I believe that is a photoshop. The character's hand is way too large for it to be an actual in-game. Also, the hand's textures look photoshopped.
It's real.[QUOTE="horrowhip"][QUOTE="baddog121390"]I didn't take that screen. A guy from Crysis-Online posted it.baddog121390

its a Beta....its missing a lot of graphical effects....the guys on TS say there isnt any AA even in the game....and it appears that everything is really low res.

It's called its not on Max(Ultra-High is max), its in DX9, andits a MP beta(Halo 3 Beta and CoD 4 Beta were to sort of show off the graphics(at least CoD 4 beta was). Halo 3 may not have been), but this one is to test MP modes, and net-code. They have mostly lower-res textures and lower poly characters. Most of this stuff is placeholders. PC Beta's are always like that. Just look at Quake Wars. All of the Quake War's textures were low res, the character models were low poly and overall, it wasn't impressive. That final game is.
They said it looks way better than bf 2 even on such bad settings but looks rubbish compared to the screenspugmonkey9999
he was on low settings.
he also says that there is some sort of glitch going on and he cant actually change the settings...so he is stuck on low.

Yeah because only Crysis devs use testing to get data :(

No.... But Crytek is more worried about their net-code than they are worried about there graphics... Thats why they are doing the MP Beta like they are. It's to test the different section of the net-code.
