If Assasins Creed: Unity (Ass 19) was pc only problems

My friends: if Assassins Creed Unity was terrible: purely on the pc version, with the video game consoles "XboxOne" and "Playstation 4" working flawlessly: do you think Ubisoft would still issue a public apology, proclaim a change in developement cycles and issue free games?

I know what you are getting at. But, I dunno making new threads on speculation is necessary.

the first 2 yes, never a free game tho. btw nothing is actually going to change wrt their development cycles/methods. its just pr.
