if call of duty was exclusive to the ps3, lemmings would be crapping on about "oatmeal textures" and how pathetic they look then all these ps3 cant do good textures would be going around, and if it was 360 exclusive the cows would be saying 360 cant do good graphics with so much action on screen, but because it's multiplat these amazingly shocking textures are forgiven and everyone thinks it's great, But the real truth when it comes down to it, after playing games like gears of war and ratchet and clank I dont want to be seeing these last gen textures in games anymore..

guys think too damn much, just enjoy the games man. One of my favorite games of all time is Operation Flashpoint. you want to talk about an ugly game, that is it! but the gameplay is awsome.
this hobby is supposed to be fun and relaxing and all anyone does is complain.

really? SW knows not gameplay. all they care about is exclusivity and any any in any aspect of the game. Halo is repetitive, Forza is ugly, r&C is a rehash, SMG's graphics suck, Lair's controls suck (true but most people have not even played it)
But it's not exclusive so really, who cares? Although I must admit it's a bit of a rehash with a new coat of paint and improved multiplayer..If you closed your eyes and just listen to the game you'd swear it was COD 2. The sound effects are pretty much all the same..
But the COD series is fantastic (except 3) so, whatever.

So true. If COD4 was exclusive to 360, cows would say the nobody cares about the game and it isn't a system seller. If it was exlusive to PS3, lemmings would say the game isn't very impressive looking...certainly nowhere close to Gears.
