If Halo 3 is terrible......I'll just keep playing Gears or Killzone 2

Since I own both systems, I could play either Halo 3 or Killzone 2 when they're both released in the fall. And you know what? If Halo 3 is the worst game in the world, I'll just choose to play Killzone or just keep playing the ultimate shooter: Gears of War. Honestly, all these topics about Halo 3 being the worst game ever but people still buying it blows me away. I doubt it will be bad, but if it's not a big step from Halo 2, then I'll just go with whatever games end up being better.

if halo looks terrible, and you wont play it, you're not really a fan. come on, take confidence in the fact that it wont look as terrible as some other games. at least give it a try if you liked the other two.bionicle_lover

gears 2 won't be out by end of this year and even if it's announce this year it won't be out by end of next year.

First of all Killzone has a bad legacy, Killzone one the "halo killer" crashed and burned when it launched and not to mention the killzone trailer that was supposed to make everyone hail killzone, Halo in the other hand has a legacy that can't be questioned....bungie is not gonna screw this game up because first their having a beta to test it before it launches, second its the last game and the most anticipate one and third...its HALO!!!!!!!!!! tacubano

I'll admit that Killzone's E3 trailer back in the day was nothing more than a pathetic attempt at generating hype through pre-rendered graphics and fake gameplay. Number 1 was okay, but lacked real functionality. As for the PSP Killzone, it was actually pretty cool. A good title and a step in the right direction if you ask me, though it wasn't an FPS obviously. Hard game though.....I died a lot :(

o. well it can't be that bad. bungie is experienced or at least pretty experienced. and i'm sure they'll get at least 8.0 hands down. halo just wont be that bad. of course, sequels of AAA games usually never score too low.

He didn't say anything about looking terrible. I could care less how it looks if they improve the gameplay and fix Halo2's massive flaws. Halo2 ruined everything about Halo:CE I loved that kept me playing it at LAN parties for years.... but I'll still hold out some hope they'll fix the crap single player and casualfied shallow gameplay in multiplayer.
