Not all the Madden games are bad. Just a couple of the recent versions. And when they were real good, they sold well. When they are "crap" as you put it, they sold well. They must be doing something right....like Bungie.

Before the commercial was released Bungie issued press announcements and had it posted on their front, main page that it was going to be a CGI commerical. That's a huge difference from the Killzone trailer.... it was said to be real-time by Sony themselves until it was later proven to be CGI. Bungie said that commerical was CGI before it was even released.

Anyone who believed that trailer was real-time had absolutely no basis to believe that,. Bungie themselves made it crystal clear it was CGI.

THE FIRST RAILER FOR HALO 3 WAS REAL TIME. It was made entirely on 360 hardware, they even moved the chief around backstage after they showed it. The COMMERCIAL was CGI, and Bungie said so long before it came out.

Hahaha, yeah - you'd be GREAT at marketing.

Having a big "CGI! CGI! CGI" popping up over and over again would make for a great, inspiring commerical. Wouldn't be distracting at all. It was a commerical man, and it was known that it was a CGI commerical.... Bungie made sure everyone knew this before it was released.Get over it.

Maybe you could get a marketing job at Burger King... and during the commerical you can flash up the text "Burgers in the store don't look this good!"

Jesus christ, what else do you expect them to do? Put a "WARNING: This is cgi not in-game!" before the comercial? When has that ever even bin done before? They said it was cgi before it was even released and that should be enough for most people to understand, but aparently you fall in the minority.

By lemmings do you mean NO ONE. Seriously. Bungie ANNOUNCED like a week before they released their trailer that it will be CGI. If you tried to download it on XBL it mentioned that it was CGI. EVERYONE knew it was CGI.

maybe you should actually know what you're talking about before you post. Before that commercial even aired, Bungie and MS reps stated that it was a CGI clip to get the hype going for Halo3. They NEVER claimed that it represented actual in game visuals. Check out the E3 trailer and compare to that cause that's actually in game. The latest set of screen shots seem to destroy what we saw in that trailer, so downgrade? no.....upgrade? yes. :P

Maybe you should check the REAL source for ANYTHING related to Halo 3. Bungie.net

The caption for the video even states it's CG. :lol:
