Well most of the flops are good games. That's because, most of the time, the games that are hyped are games that have lots of potential. They'll end up being good, but not as good as people said it would be, and it'll be called ''flop''. I hate SW's definition of flop, cuz it makes these games look bad...

But to answer your previous question, AgentA, it's not that I don't WANT it to be AAA. But I just don't BELIEVE it will reach AAA and lems will say ''floppidy flop'' all over the place when it comes out and doesn't reach the hype

I for one am conflicted when it comes to Lair. It looks great fer sure but I'm worried that the Sixaxis controls will suck. If the sixaxis is screwed up than this game won't be any fun at all. I hope the delays are due to the developers improving this feature.

To be honest the current hype is KillZone 2.

Lair is so 3 months ago. Heck I think NGS has been more hyped than Lair. Honestly I don't see anything wrong with the game other than I don't know if the gameplay gets boring/repetiive in these types (which they usually do). don't know until I try it though so always keep an open mind.

Their hyping it because its the only thing they got to look forward to for quite a while.bri360

Titles coming to the PS3 after Lair will seem like a cake walk to the amount of time it's taken them to get Lair out lol. Heck all they have to do is wait 1 month after Lair and they get Heavenly Sword as well.

Pain in my heart or pain in your face? Well, considering they're probably won't be pain in my heart either way, and considering I have a good shot at seeing a guy punch himself in the face, I might be pretty damn okay about this.

Jeesh, it looks like a technical masterpiece and actually kind of fun but I think you would have to be nuts to call it a sure AAA or something.

Yeah, I am mixed on it too. I know factor 5 makes a solid game, but for all the hype over the graphics I think the score will take a hit in that department. Not that it isnt a beautiful looking game, but from what I've seen from recent HD in-game videos, it needs some serious polish in certain areas (example).Darthmatt

You used a 787 by 470 picture to try and prove your point? I dare you to find any game that looks outstanding at that resolution, it will make any game look worse. Heck, I think that was a capture of an SD video in any case as thats an awfully low filesize for an HD shot.
