Hmm, this is actually true. As spore isn't as yet on 360 or PS3 this too is being labelled as kiddie. You do have to remember though, PS3 and 360 fanboys are rather hypocritical.

i don't think the op is saying there is anything wrong with kiddie games. Far from it infact. He is saying many none wii gamers attack the wii for having games that could be catagorised as kiddie. Yet they are hyping LBP alot, this game is no different to alot of games we see on the wii etc.

I realise that but it just annoys me that people are using the word 'kiddy' to regard games as being bad nowerdays.
I find that cows and lemmings rarely ever call anything kiddie. The only topics about Kiddie games are the ones that sheep make complaining that everyone calls their games kiddie. Nobody ever actually does, it's all in sheep's minds.
I don't see the "kiddie of LBP at all. Even if it was on the wii, I still wouldn't be able to find the "kiddie" in it at all because there isn't any. It's such an innovative and fun looking game. It's not kiddie, but definitely everyone would be able to play it and not fee like a complete kid.
If it was on the wii, i'd be damn happy and it would make me want to actually pick up a wii, but it's not. It's on PS3. If it was on both, i'd still buy it for PS3.
Maybe Viva Pinata (and despite how it looks, it's actually a pretty complex game), but anyone who says or has said that Banjo is kiddy is just flatout wrong. That would be even worse than saying Mario is kiddy.

Right. For some reason, colorrful and cartoony is automatically labeled "kiddy" before people know more about the game. I don't see any of these games mentioned as kiddy at all.

Fixed. You shouldnt label a certain group because if you have been on sw long enough, you know its not just an individual group. Its every fanboy, plain and simple.

I guess most of your posts come from elsewhere than system wars, because that is all I ever see here. And yes, this game would get more crud than any other game out there if it was coming to the land of Nintendo.
