game informers a good magazine, but as humans are, not everyone is gonna review a game the exact average of all the review scores...thats why a site keeps an average...

Not so. Blue Dragon got really good scores in some places and really bad ones elsewhere. It's a love hate game. Either you love the DBZ-style characters and storyline or find them childish and boring. Look on gamerankings; some even called it the best RPG this gen, others say its the worst.

Halo 3 got a 9.75 also, but according to your logic that means it got a 7.5 or 8 :|.
