Zing! he did say console :P . Yeah if the PC and wii only existed the industry would be even MORE polarised, the feelings of supremecy of the PC gamers would create a time-space inversion. Then again that kinda happens if you were to compare the wii to the PC, the lack of HL2 alone makes the wii lose hands down.
But if PC's were dead too, then no, I wouldn't solely game on a Wii, especially with the lack of competition. Nintendo would release even less games than they are now.
I still want a Wii. Nintendo franchises + 2009 Line-up will probably convince me to get one. I'm the oddball gamer who doesn't think that hyper-violent game = good game so the Wii never looked as unattractive as others deem it to be.

yup. as a complimentary console to my PC...it is ace and im quite a fan of it. ive bought more wii games than 360 and PS3 games combined this year and ive used it a hell of alot more. ive bought more games for my PC though.

As i stated earlier, there would be a mssive gulf. most multplats would be exclusive to the PC or just WAY better so there would be an een starker contrast between the two stadards of system. My god, the production values on the wii would look so low....

Even though Wii Music ended up being a flop, I played enough games before that, that convinced me to stay.

I am a gamer...Wii has games...SO YES, I will always be a gamer no matter who is here. I just wouldnt play shooters unless they made a normal controler. Matter of fact, if NIN did have a normal controler I would easily give up my 360. BUT at least I get to play GH and SMG and bowling..
well, let us think about this. If the Wii was the only thing that could play games in ther world, then all support would convert to Wii meaning there would be a LOT of amazing software for it.
