True. I hope Wii will get it. Would be a nice add to my collection. The controls could really work when they put some effort in it.

They stopped censoring really early in the Cube's life when it was apparent that it was backfiring on Nintendo. Manhunt 2, one of the most gory, violent, language soaked games ever IS coming to the Wii this year. And don't forget about RE4 on the Cube last gen. The fact that Nintendo even wants GTA on the Wii is pretty much proof that they recognize that there are adult gamers out there.

:lol: Now for the counter argument:P (even if you weren't serious and just kidding around with the other poster) Games like Resident evil, Eternal Darkness, Killer 7 etc etc etc makes GTA games look like a kids game. Those did not have any problem showing up on the GC, so why would GTA on the Wii be a problem?

Nintedo is not that kidding, fanboys. Remember Conker's Bad Fur Day besides Wii has parental features so families should not worry about it and neither should nintendo. I think GTA on the wii will turn out great

I'd buy it. Instead of just using my shovel and axe to hit things and dig up fossils I will be able to 'persuade' that raccoon or if he doesn't comply I can plant fossils for future generations:twisted:
Haha Isaw all these people against GTA for the Wii and thought I was on the Wii boards. Anywho I don't think it would be too bad of an idea, even if it's a spinoff or a port from a PS2 version.

They're already doing Manhunt 2 on the Wii, I'd say they'd dare. But I don't think that's as well known in the general public as GTA. Parents would actually have a point when they say "IT'S A MURDER SIMULATOR!" because you'll be able to make stabbing motions to stab, sword motions to swing the sword, etc. etc. I don't think it'd be a good decision, even though the game would most likely be awesome.
