Then by this very logic the PS3 must be considered the winner in terms of games for 2008.

Both systems have great games this year, but by those rules PS3 won 2008.

its not always about AAA's look at the sheer amount of 8.5's the 360 has

I mean mass effect is a good example. Its an epic game that only MAYBE 2 ps3 titles can surpass but cows just dont relize that.

I don't think anyone said 2007 was the year of the 360.  The saying "The Year of whatever" is something cows use try to convey the fact that the PS3 does not suck anymore.  Sure, 2008 is the year the PS3 finally got some good games.  I don't think those games were worth all the waiting.

In 2007 most people were just shocked at how crappy the game situation was for the PS3...after hearing what a wonderful console it was from Sony and all the cows (the cell was going to destroy the 360 -- lol)...even though it had the highest price....and after being warned by cows about how great the games (can you say Lair) Sony promised them were going to be (and how those games were going to crush the 360).

The PS3, by our "rules", has been winning this year.

But the thing is, the 360 has more games as a whole, pretty sure its still cheaper, and one good year isn't enough to say its the better system overall.
