If you can play on only ONE platform in 2017, which would it be?

Xbox because of the awesome exclusives coming

Xbox and 3 DS is what I play almost daily.

PC because I wouldnt make it through the year without total war.

PS4 because of the awesome exclusives coming

PC, ofc. I'd probably spend more time with other hobbies if I was relegated to consoles, let alone only one of them.

Did you just forget that with PC, Xb1 and XB1 Slim there are no more exclusives for Xbox. I thought you agreed to that? Weren't you the one who always saying there are no more exclusives and gamers win?? So your answer should be "I'll play all the awesome games in whichever system, since they are all multiplatform." Not " Xbox because of the awesome exclusives coming"

Exclusives? PS4 doesn't even have games, let alone exclusives.

Xbox One/Scorpio

• Best exclusives next year with Cuphead, Scalebound, Crackdown 3, and more
• Best versions of multiplats, including Red Dead Redemption 2 and Mass Effect: Andromeda
• Much bigger library of games than the PS4 thanks to BC
• Best online service and controller, don't have to worry about getting hacked
• Comfort is king, don't have to become a hunchback to play games like PC gamers
• I'm not a toddler so I have no use for Nintendo Switch

Xbox One/Scorpio. Not only for the exclusives next year, but I also revisit a lot of exclusives from years past.

You might as well not even be gaming next year of you're going to miss out on those high profile Sony exclusives as we know PS4 gets all major multiplats anyway so it's a no brainer. Lems are putting on their hermit clothes for this thread and it's real cute but probably won't change the result of this poll, I'm sure most hermits would probably prefer to have a PS4 next year if it was their only choice as well.

PS4 has the best game line up between all systems next year if we're talking exclusives and multiplats, the only thing you can do by choosing another platform other than PS4 is miss out of great exclusives to play multiplats that can also be played on PS4. PC has some exclusives to be sure but the vast majority of them are not on the level of console AAA titles that PlayStation produces.

PC of course. The consoles are not even an option if I could only have one. Exclusives or not, the consoles do not compare to the greatness of PC. Sony keeps saying Greatness Awaits and people keep waiting forever while greatness has always been on PC. MS games are on PC now... so that is amazing and no need for Xbox anymore. Nintendo is... Nintendo... LOL. Only really care about the new Zelda.

PC has by far and away the largest and most varied library of games, so.... PC. Plus it has mods, better graphics, more input methods and blah blah blah, you've all heard this before.

No option for SNES/PS2?

I would not be able to live through 2017 if i had to skip Nioh, so PS4 by default. Now, if Nioh was also planned for PC the answer would different.

PC. I'd be truly missing out on some cool new PS stuff, but I'd never give up PC. And with MS support PC more that's an even more obvious choice

Being able to only play on one platform would drive me crazy over all of the stuff that I would miss out on, but if I had to choose, I would have to go with Xbox because I play games with my friends on Xbox Live and being able to play with my friends is more important than anything else.

My PC, I spend about 80% of my gaming time on it and most of my home time in general.

I'll probably spend most of my gaming time on Nioh anyway, so PS4. This game is gonna be the new Demon's Souls, and I mean that.

1. PC: The best period. Only Sony comes close with its exclusive line up

2. Sony: Amazing exclusive lineup. The best on console

3. Nintendo: Switch looks intriguing and nintendo delivers most of the time

4. Xbox: No exclusives and my PC will match or surpass Scorpio

PC, I've made it literally my whole life playing nothing but, and never felt like I was missing out on anything. Especially now that MS says no more exclusives, kind of.

Though I must admit, PS4 has like three or four really nice looking exclusives. With base PS4's falling in price I might pick one up this Christmas just to play some of them.

@casharmy: AAA is nice and all, but if 2016 taught me one thing it's don't believe the hype.

I'm enjoying the not-so-AAA titles and indie titles a helluva lot more than I am the big stuff, and spending more time with them too.

I'm going to remember 2016 more for Hyper Light Drifter than I am for CoD: IW.
