Say you dont have either, and you couldnt resell them. Based purely on the system itself.

The Wii's terrible online makes me want to go for teh 360. $50 a year is indeed a minus against the 360's online, but it still makes it a nice selling point.

I have both, but I'd say 360 due to its game library.

This question can be answered by looking at the sales and keeping in mind how long each of them has been out.

Well I had both, and I sold one... and it wasn't the 360... Does that answer the question.

I have a Wii and i say Wii. The Xbox 360 doesnt really appeal to me much, Wii and PS3 do more.

I don't like shooters and sports games that much, which most of the 360's good games are. Wii for me.

360 by far.

The Wii has only 5 good games, where as the 360 has like 30 of them

And I can guarentee (SP?) I'd put more hours into the 360 just online, never mind single player content, compared to the wii.

Well if I couldn't resell them, I guess I would get a 360, then just trade it for a PS3. Even add the cash difference if needed, as long as the PS3 was also new. I might get a 360 sometime after I get a PS3, but only after the defect rate has dropped alot from what it is now. The wii is a joke to me. Why would I want one, when I already have a PS2 and Gamecube? I can't justify paying $250 for last gens graphics.

Tough Call, but I'd have to say the Wii. I own them both but, play the Wii much much more. But it really depends on what you like to play and how you like to play. I love action adventure games and first person shooters. Plus I'm a hardcore baseball fan (Since the Wii is the only one with a great baseball game so far out of all three consoles it helps). The majority of my favorite franchises are nintendo ones (Zelda, Mario, etc.). It basically comes down to the pros and cons.

360 Pros: Graphics, Best Online

360 Cons: System Malfunctions, Lack of RPG's and Adventure Games (Not saying their aren't any, but just not enough)

Wii Pros: Best First Party Games, Virtual Console, Amazing & FreshControl Scheme

Wii Cons: Awful Online, Weakest Graphics

Definitely the Wii on my end. But it's not a definitive answer it's just what I LIKE. Everyone's different and likes different things.
