Well, the extra hard-drive space is good. However, if you get a 360 get the premium 20 GB one, because that's enough hard-drive space for what you'll need.

The premium has hdmi now. But don't get a 360 without a hard drive.

If you have a 1080p-capable television - then by all means. The extra HDD space is nice - but if you have a full HDTV, the HDMI port is what you want.

If I was buying anXbox 360for the first time, I would get the Elite,The 120 GB HDD is a big plu for me. The HDMI port is negligible since it's now standard on the Premium but the Elite comes with an HDMI cable, which is a nice bonus.

If you think you're going to use the 360 often, downloading demos, trailers, games, etc. go for the Elite, if not, then the Premium will suffice.

Yes, Yes and Yes. Here is why.

1. 120 gig hard drive. 100 extra gigs of space for all the downloads you want. I am already down to 90 on mine and I've only had it since august. (I don't like to delete things that take 2 hours to download) ($179 as an add on)

2. It comes with a 6' HMDI cable ($50 for a semi good one)

3. It comes with a Connector to hook up the Optical out with the HMDI ($50 or rip the plastic off the component cable one)

4. BLACK

Even if you don't have a 1080p tv yet it is worth the initial investment. I didn't have a 1080p tv or home theater sytem until Xmas day.
