As much as I complain about the PS3 not having enough RPGs, I can't justify getting a 360 for one good reason: Opportunity cost.
The PS3 plays most of the games the 360 plays. There is only about a 30 game difference between the two consoles (Regarding only decently reviewed ones) and unless you like at least 10 of those exclusives yourself, it simply isn't worth it.
$200 can be, if you shop right, 10 games - or 8 games and DLC for several games you already own. In the case of buying a PS3 when you have a 360, it's only about $100 to put a bluray player on your laptop, so you're losing $300 in the exchange that you could spend on games, or bluray movies, even if all you want the PS3 for is a to play Bluray discs.
I just thought I'd make this clear to everyone who might be tempted by the new bundles that are available for the PS3 this week. Ask yourself if MGS4 and KZ2 are REALLY worth $300 to play before you buy them.
