If you think HOME will be free......your mistaken

           I love hearing the cows hype everything free on PSN. PSN has so many issues now, sony should be paying us to play it so they can work out the kinks.There is no way HOME will be completely free. Sony will make money somehow. They will make you pay for add-ons or certain things in your world. They will get money from the fanboys and cows somehow. If it was free it would end up as bad as PSN's sloppy gameplay(other than resistance). Even motorstorms online play has been slammed on these very forums, by cows nonetheless! Good luck getting any real enjoyment out of home without putting a dime into it. Sony doesn't work that way.

Not all lemmings/cows support these.

since you can't choose not to have som of the features on XBL.

everything costs money, psn will fail cus maintaining those servers costs money and they will lose money, so will start to charge or close them

As for the microtransactions, well, you don't have to buy them. You'll get all the basic stuff for free.

And the ads will pay the online service instead of us

Home is Free. Yet you have to deal with a lot of adds, which I guess is ok for such an amazing service to be free.

Also you can keep Home very basic, but if you want to really get into it you have to buy stuff from the store. It kind of sucks but at the same time it makes sense because the service is quite amazing to be free.

Forgot about this thread, oh well, here is why psn is bad. Sloppy online play, no easy interfaces, no good servers, developers for games obviously can't use it correctly or the games would have more modes/features built in. Did I mention I love cows in this thread? Just the cows biased opinions make me cringe looking at my ps3 and realizing that sony created a heard of mindless robots that moo. Plain and simple, sony needs to give up on their crap and realize that microsoft knows what they are doing when it comes to online and sony knows how to make walkmans. They should just copy a few things and make it a good experience. You cows dropped enough crap in this thread to start up a landscaping business.

I believe Home should be paid service/ online serve/whatever, because with money it can keep it stable and make it effient. ArisShadows
