So much for finally having a better Wii shooter than Red Steel....

They really need to build a shooter from the ground up for the Wii. Far Cry, Call of Duty, and Medal of Honor are PS2 ports, and Red Steel was rushed through development on a modified Gamecube development kit and then ported to the Wii for launch. We have yet to see what the Wii is actually capable of in terms of FPS games.

THat might not be such a bad thing.  Just as long as everyone doesn't put lock-ons in their shooters.

If Metroid Prime 3: Corruption flops, there is seriously no hope for a FPS esque game on the Wii.360_Degrees

ign tends to give higher scores, just above of GS. Im guessing a 5.5 from GSGsSanAndreas

From the previews from GS it sounded like they liked the controls more (at least more than CoD3).  All the previews of it said it was better than CoD3.  I mean, come on!  CoD3 had the WORST graphics also!  Usually better graphics + controls = higher score!...?
