My main concern is this: the first two Prime games weren't really shooters, were they? They were more action-platformer-adventure games, like the original trilogy... does outfitting them with the shooter controls of MP3 have detriments? Granted, I never played any of them and I haven't finished the video.
Not surprised at all. Pack 2 of the best games on the GC and one of the best games on the Wii, how could you not end up with an AAA title?

We have to see how Gamespot reviews it. Since this is System Wars. Also would this count as Exclusive since the 2 GCN games are being completely remade with new textures, updated graphics, new controls, slower wait times for the doors to open, new look for the visors (If I remember correctly) and Achievement System like Metroid Prime 3, and wide screen.

That's what I was going to ask, but I doubt it.
It may have better controls, but since the gameplay isn't changed dramatically, then I'm guessing it's still going to be non-exclusive.

gamespot is going to give it an 8.0 tops. the review will be the same as it always is for good wii games, bad waggle, bad graphics, no mii integration, too hard, not made for "casuals"....... gamespot sucks when it comes to the wii

Also, while MP3 gave you more freedom with it's controls I felt that the lock on kept it fairly similar to the first two games in terms of gameplay.
I wouldn't really count this. Three games that have been released for ages, two of them having improvements. It's a great deal, but it isn't worth bragging rights here in SW.

i wish they would just concentrate on making new games for the wii instead of just rereleasing old games like pikmin and now, mpmtradr43
They're doing both. smaller teams are handling the ports while the bigger teams are working on other Nintendo properties - Retro worked on the Trilogy, but they're also working on a new Wii title.

As high as this is being rated, IF GS even rates it, i believe they will complain about something, because they hate the wii and will give it AA. I still don't understand why they gave Corruption 8.5. GS gave that game a crappy score. 9.0 or even 9.5, easily.

Bunch? Isint it just wii mote and widscreen.
According to IGN, Prime 2's difficulty has been toned down a bit, and both Prime 1 & 2 have 3's medal system.

It has more updates to it.. like: - Faster loading times between doors - Retro went back and made textures have higher resolutions - Fixed some boss battle issues from the old games - Updated control scheme - Widescreen display
