I want to see the Dreamcast, NES, N64, Xbox, and perhaps even a handheld on there? Gameboy, or DS would be most fitting since I guess they're talking about most impact on the industry? I donno.

Already disagree with their list. SMS and Saturn are in the 20-16 seats.... not only that but AFTER gamecube COME ON!

Both of those were amazing consoles. If Dreamcast doesn't make it top 5 this list is pure crap.

If this is about influence on the industry why is saturn not in the 10 spot or so? That thumbstick on your 360, and ps3 (Even the inferior wii) all came from the saturn.

I want the NES, SNES, Genesis, and DS to be in the top 4 at least. Not sure about #5.

None of this generation's consoles should be on this list until this generation is OVER.

NES should be number 1, PS2 should be number 2, Sega Genesis should be number 3.

I won't agree with the list at all if the 360, PS3, or Wii make the top 5. maybe ten years from now, but not now.

You know what i hate? is goddamn DVD'S,CD'S AND BLU RAY. lol blu ray supposed to be scratch resistant i dont believe that. but i can never keep my goddamn dvd,cd's scratch free all my disk have scratches and even i tried to be careful id still scratch em right away. n64 owned because no worry's about scratching up cartridges. I WANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OR CARTRIDGES AGAIN LOL.smokedagoodyo

You do realize that even if you scratch a Blu Ray disc, all you're really scratching is the protective coating layer... so it's not going to effect the disc, it'll still work fine. :|

The PS2 will probably be number 1. I'm guessing the wii won't even make the list (unless they need to fill space).

25 is too many. its basically listing every console ever just leaving out the cd-i.. The turbographix 16 shouldnt be on there, because the gamecube is miles better than that thing, all it had was bonk

idk the japanese saturn is debatable, but american saturn is def. bottom of the list. There were so many japanese exclusive games that were absolutely amazing on that thing

my personal top 5 (that i have played)

1. Playstation 3

2. Playstation 2

3. Super Nintendo

4. Xbox 360

5. NES

mind you those are very very close. so really - i guess - the order doesn't really matter. i've had a lot of great memories on those.

what i expect to be top 5.

1. Nintendo Entertainment System
2. Super Nintendo
3. Playstation 2
4. Sega Genesis
5. Sega Dreamcast or Playstation.

I know both had amazing games i played alot, but the gamecube was a much better system. Saturn angered me because i was a huge sega fan and that caused their downfall because it was so horribly marketed and just did so many things wrong. Same with the turbo graphix it had nothing that really defined it and its competition was just so much better

Saturn was destroyed because sega wanted to sell through the internet, sega of Japan and sega of America couldn't agree on it. When sega of America said F you we're going to sell them in store it was already too late basically. KB toys didn't get the early shipment and were pissed off. KB at the time was a BIG distributor of games. Bigger than walmart, toys r us, etc. KB said F you we don't want the saturn. The saturn sales were destroyed because they couldn't be distributed properly not because of the product itself.

I wish I could go into more detail, but I have lost faith in this board and I know that no body will read it. So I'll leave it at that.

On the other hand gamecube was trash. There were far fewer good games on there than SMS or Saturn, I'm not saying its oddysee level, but its bad.
