I really think It does look better

Less jaggies

sharper textures and realastic colors

It probably will look slightly better. Afterall, they've had an extra year to work on it.

Now is it a big enough difference that if you had a 360/PS3 or PC/PS3 you would wait 1yr to play it with slightly less jaggies...probably not. Great game though. It's one of the most atmospheric games I've ever played. PS3 owners should greatly enjoy it.

Obviously, but yeah it does look better since the developers had more time to make changes and add improvements. It was also said that exclusive content is coming to the ps3 version.

I think it does look better but it's kind of funny that all the guys that told us they played the vastly superior PC version are now wanting to say OMG Bioshocks coming out hurray!

What's the deal here are you going to buy it twice so that it does not look like PS3 owners don't buy games?

Seriously if one of the best games out in years releases and does not recoup the port costs on PS3 how long do you think people will bother bringing out ports?

This is nothing more than speculation and all but is it a valid observation? Could Bioshock convince devs to not make ports if it has miserable sales?

It looks exactly the same as the 360 version to my eyes, and I've played the 360 version to death. not visibly better, but not worse either.

That being said, I'm buying it for my PS3 as well on day one. I needed another excuse to replay BioShock, and the new trophies fill that role nicely.

It looks good to me.

My only peeve would be the facial animation, which was, if I remember correctly, atrocious. :roll:
