i'm confused...

are the npd numbers official? nexgenwars.com and vgcharts.org both place wii and ps3 at about 3.1mil & 1.5mil in the US respectively. but i did a quick google search and npd has them at about 2.9 and  1.2. do any of the three sites have more credibility than another? i mean, 300k is a pretty damn big difference...

I've done a similar analysis in the past on vgcharts but still found it to be the most accurate source available aside from tallying the NPD and Mediacrate numbers as nexgenwars last I checked just used an estimated sales average to formulate a ticker for console sales.

P.S. Guyzea what exactly is going on in your sig? I'm not certain.
