[QUOTE="carljohnson3456"][QUOTE="diped"][QUOTE="The-King-of-FPS"] I recevied the problom of a broken disk reader mind you it's microsofts fault for putting the reader so close to the disk a slight bump could wreck it. I decided to repair but was slammed with a 130$ repair fee even though this is my second time repairing with 3 years. I decided not to argue and courtusly hanged up. Forget this I'll be back in a year to repair when I care.
P.S this is not a rant nor am I mad because I have to pay 130. It's the fact that playing games on this badly designed system finally clicked in my head their rediculous standing on customer service is horrible. Good computers though for the most part
HERE I COMEEE PSSSS33333333 ill be selling my 360 games and see how much I get to help pay for my ps3 and atleast 1 game OF COURSE I WILL AD MONEY

Its not microsofts fault you moved your console while it was on, maybe you should take care of something that costs so much next time. Instead of blaming microsoft, you should be blaming yourself. We both know it was your fault. Stop trying to lay the blame on others.lol I babied my 360 probably more than you did and it RROD'd on me twice... does that mean I didnt take care of it?
No, you took care of it, that's why MS would have repaired it for free.
Shouldn't be enough. no product i know needs "baby sit" like 360 does. it even dies on you even if you take good care of it. that just shouldn't be acceptable by consumers... fixing for free is not enough, and i just can't understand the people that defend MS on this issue. you agree?
