Long, long comparison I could write... but in a nutshell, I would probably go for the 360. Downloadable shows are awesome, and it has great games. You get more stuff with the ps3 (blu ray player is great, although you can get hddvd for 360), and you will miss out on mgs 4 (that's like taking a bullet), but you will miss out on mass effect for the 360, along with halo 3, lost Odyssey, gears, and others.
