In terms of quality / games Wii's E3 > PS3's E3 > Xbox 360's E3

Would you guys agree ? This years Nintendo conference must have been the best N-Dub conference ever ! Sonys was average and Microsofts was bad ! BAD ! That is my opinion of course but what do u guys think ??

yep you got it just how i see it. i give nintendo a 9/10, sony a 8/10, and microsoft isnt even on the scale, but if i have to a -1/10

Nintendo just had an amazing show all around

and while i'm looking forward to Gears 3, Reach, and fable 3 more than anything on the PS3....i'd still rank sony's show MUCH better than MS's....sony had overall more core games than MS...but i'm not looking forward to many of em

But yeah Nintendo's was better, Sony a close second and MS a far off third (i don't think i'll ever get that image of the asian girl pretending to be cuddled by the tiger out of my mind, one of the worst and corniest things i've ever seen).

Actually if you just count Wii's titles E3, it wasn't a win over PS3, even Xbox had more titles to show. It's the 3DS that took the show.mysterj

I voted for Nintendo, but Sony had a very good show as well, as long as one of those two win the poll I'll be happy. Microsoft's show on the other hand was less than impressive.

Halo and Gears are 2 of my favourite series so in terms of games MS obviously won against Sony.

Also, while i wont support any motion control, i have to give credit to MS for taking some risks with Kinect. Move is just a copy/peste of Nintendo´s technology from 06.

Nintendo E3 is like always, about causal games, and they didn't change abit this time either, even Zelda, unless for its name, people would have been calling it the crappiest game shown at N E3's ..... 3Ds was the real deal.

MS, i dun have to take about that .... but i am looking forward to kingdoms.

Anyways, I realized after posting that my comment wasn't on the topic of the thread. Nintendo easily had the best E3. I guess my mind must have just balked at reading the words Nintendo, quality, and games all put together in the same sentence like that. :)

I guess I can understand that if you're a really big Halo and Gears fan. I just didn't think the Reach footage that was shown had that awe factor since we have already heard a lot about it and the beta has already been out. Gears 3 looked sweet as hell though. The co-op campaign looks like a ton of fun.

I liked Sony's conference more (aside from the fact I only own a PS3) just because they showed a wider variety of games. I've got an FPS to look forward to (KZ3), a racing sim (GT5), a sandbox game (Infamous 2), Car Combat (Twisted Metal), a platformer (LBP2), Valve actually developing for the PS3, etc. There was just a lot of of stuff to be excited about.

As for the motion controls, Sony is copying off of Nintendo, but they are taking somewhat of a risk in the sense that they are trying to incorporate motion controls to the core audience, rather than just casuals.

what audience do they have left to cater too?nintendo has the casuals all rapped up sony knows that they would lose major credibility if they "sold out"to the casuals audience.

well i did said probably lol,still sony conference was good but to say that a multiplat(portal 2),and TM beats out 3DS is kind of crazy talk. the 3DS lineup alone gets anybody excited even my mother got excited:)

Two words: mon tage. I counted six of them when I watched Sony's conference. They showed off many of the games coming up for Sony's systems, but only for a few seconds per game. My memory of the rest is rather hazy due to my hatred of the excessive use of montages, but the games I do remember (other than Twisted Metal) were announced and shown off before the conference, reducing their impact.

Kevin was only on-stage for a few minutes. Nintendo had Reggie for almost their entire conference.
