In your opinion, what is better? BF:BC or CoD4

I have been lured by the temptress of CoD a lot in my life...I have clocked over 10days on it. I've been out of that game for quite a while so i don't know if thats a lot anymore but at the time it was quite a bit. Anyway, i have been playing a lot of BF:BC recently, and have relaised a few things.

1. Is how much more realistic it is compared to CoD

2. Destructable sceneary is absolutely brilliant.

3. Vehicles in a game add's variety.

Another thing i have noticed is that there isin't one gun which is the mother of all guns. in CoD the M16 is considered mega powerful, but there isin't any guns like that in BC.

Anyway what do you guys prefer?

I almost think these two are equal in my eyes. Bad Company has destructible environments and Vehicles, while COD is so darn addictive and has supreme graphics. I do however think the graphics in Bad Company 2 are about to one-up the latest COD installment. Check the gameplay clips out on Xbox Live or PSN, they look incredible, and I think It will probably become my favorite. So I guess its' Bad company for me.

bf:bc i liked alot more. cod mp i have no fun with.

Both were fun, but I enjoyed the larger maps in BF:BC and also the destructible environments. Need to enter a building and the door is on the other side? Blow a hole in the wall!

Call of Duty had better graphics, was more realistic, had better multiplayer, AND came out a year before Bad Company. BFBC just doesn't hold up to Cod4.

And to people saying destruction adds to realism; in real war you aren't going to be wasting valuable ammo to get through a house quicker. WTF?

Do you honestly think CoD was realistic? most of it is just you running in shooting like a maniac then regenerating your health. Not that i am saying it isin't realistic, but with Bad Company it's not if you see him first he's dead first, its much more skilled than that. I have noticed its much harder to aim in BC than CoD. You could just spray in the direction of the enemy and hit them. If you spray in BC, you willl die.

I bought BC on June 29th 2008 after having a blast on the demo the previous night, played it heavily during the summer, later went to other games and I got back into the game this spring, love it more than ever now but I recently broke my copy so I'm waiting for BC2 to come out.lm2f

Buy it used, you can get it dirt cheap. in the UK i have seen it as cheap as £13.00

Unfortunately I'm not knowledgeable on the general speed of a bullet. For all we know, BC's bullet speed is much slower than real life.

i take BFBC over CoD because mainly of vehicles gameplay. It's too fun.

True, i certainly would never compare either too games like CS:S or HL2

I could list more than a dozen games I would rather play than Call of Duty, the series hasn't had a decent game sense Call of Duty 2 and hasn't had an amazing game sense Call of Duty 1.

Whatever i still think CoD4 is better than BF:BC.

The inability to turn off the film grain effect in bad company was an insta-fail design decision.
