I'm looking forward to playing it. I will probably get a better experience on the PS5 than my PC. Although it is Steam Deck verified I think this is one I would play mostly on TV, and this seems like the best way to experience it on console.

I'm interested in the comparisons because usually RTGI adds a lot.

Do these features fix the game from sucking?

I already played it on the XSX through Game Pass so I’m good. Great game though.

Already play it on PC and the game itself was great. Playing anything with FPS needs to be played on KB/M. But in any case, good for PS5 players to enjoy it.

Really fun first person game, had some flashes of Arkane in some of the levels like Rome or Siwah.

The game really becomes fun when it opens up.

You know, it's okay that MS rolled out the red carpet for Sony and gave PS5 the superior version. The more that MS can sell these games at full price on PS, the less appealing that trying to support the floundering Game Pass model becomes 😁

LOL if you think MS is putting these games on PS5 to build up GP, they're actually trying to make money now. When the Xbox faction started paying less and less for games, MS got cornered into making more desperate moves, which ironically, only ended up giving content to their rivals in the end. GP is a business model they can't outwardly drop yet without suffering the worst PR of their lives. If GP was the be-all/end-all of sound business decisions, MS wouldn't have to made the moves they're currently doing.

Xbox puts games on more platforms for the same reason PlayStation puts their games on more platforms: more money.. i mean, according to your logic, the PlayStation console business is "failing" because PlayStation is putting their games on PC.. if you believe that, fine.. but, in reality, both companies are looking for more customers because they want to make more money..

as such, Xbox still has Game Pass for their customers and PlayStation fans can pay full retail price.. If you played Indiana Jones on PC via Steam, Xbox thanks you for the full retail purchase on there as well.. 🫡

Personally I think it is the weakest of the recent good xbox releases. I had much more fun with Stalker 2 and Avowed. I am glad I didn't pay 70 USD for Indiana Jones. Just not worth it.

It is NOT a movie game, though of course it does have its share of cut scenes. My biggest problem with the game is that it is puzzle heavy, and I am not a fan of those kind of games. But I guess it makes sense, because in the movies Indiana also has to solve a lot of puzzles.
