Xbox gets to have their cake and eat it too.. continued monthly revenue from Xbox Game Pass subscriptions plus additional revenue from full retail sales on Steam and PlayStation..
win/win..
so your $70 purchase continues to ensure that i can play these games for "free" via Game Pass.. again, thank you for your service.. 🫡
On-Topic:
Indiana Jones and The Great Circle was outstanding.. I put in over 53 hours and i highly recommend it..
enjoy 😎👍
LOL if you think MS is putting these games on PS5 to build up GP, they're actually trying to make money now. When the Xbox faction started paying less and less for games, MS got cornered into making more desperate moves, which ironically, only ended up giving content to their rivals in the end. GP is a business model they can't outwardly drop yet without suffering the worst PR of their lives. If GP was the be-all/end-all of sound business decisions, MS wouldn't have to made the moves they're currently doing.
I already played Indiana Jones on PC, myself. It's just funny to see MS go all in on making the PS5 the best console version, and it's got people bothered here predictably 🤣
Xbox puts games on more platforms for the same reason PlayStation puts their games on more platforms: more money.. i mean, according to your logic, the PlayStation console business is "failing" because PlayStation is putting their games on PC.. if you believe that, fine.. but, in reality, both companies are looking for more customers because they want to make more money..
as such, Xbox still has Game Pass for their customers and PlayStation fans can pay full retail price.. If you played Indiana Jones on PC via Steam, Xbox thanks you for the full retail purchase on there as well.. 🫡
If you played Indiana Jones on PC via Game Pass, then you are an Xbox customer just like me; enjoying the value of getting these games for "free" while PlayStation users have to pay full price.. the same games yall downplayed but are now topping the PlayStation sales charts.. 🤣
