Infamous 2 is one ugly game.

Honestly I am lost for words. This game looks amazing in all the trailers but has anyone played it?. It almost looks as bad as Crackdown 2. Anyone hyping this as open world graphics king prepare for dissapointment. Also the gameplay is average, I bet my account it won't get AAA here.

I'd be highly surprised if it were AAA as well. The reviews are pretty mixed. I'll be getting it down the line but the GamePro review swayed me from a day 1 purchase.

The graphics weren't great. Some people were saying it was going to look as good as Uncharted 2. Well, it doesn't.

The path finding for NPC's is f***ing awful, and the movement is a bit too sensitive. You can't walk in the game, you either run, or run really fast. I was trying to match the pace of the asian woman at the start, and she kept spazzing out and turning on the spot after hitting obstacles.

Then the woman I freed on the pier kept stopping, and being mauled by the mutant things...

I did have fun with it, but no way I'm buying it.

Its a good thing I dont buy console games for graphics.

I though the game was very impressive looking personally. Cole's character model and the larger monster you fight look very impressive. The gameplay is also greatly improved from the first game. I also greatly enjoyed the addition of the various street performers and look of the surroundings. New Marais is simply interesting to look at and explore. It runs as smooth as anyone could hope and the controls are pitch perfect. After the demo, I' m hyping this game to be a personal game of the generation contender.

Its a good thing I dont buy console games for graphics.

God of War 3 is the only demo I played where the game itself looked a lot better then the demo, and the demo still looked good! I dont mind the graphics on Infamous, but its the environment that seems lifeless to me.

I thought it was great. The graphics were really cleaned up and polished when compared to the first and the gameplay is much smoother and faster this time around. I'm not sure what you're complaining about, it looks like it's going to be a great game to me.

The graphics arent amazing, but the gameplay is pretty awesome. Infamous 1 had meh graphics and yet it still ended up AAAe. I have no doubt this will too as its plain awesome.

Hmmm, I thought the demo looked pretty good. I must have low standards for graphics.

Nah dude, the demo looked really really good. Really good. Then again, I am doing it from the preference of a sandbox console game.

been playing the crap out of the demo, just great fun and it looks AMAZING in motion. Also its an open world environment that has alot of things going on, on screen. Don't play it, if its ugly. but your missing out.

it's the best looknig open-world game on consoles. much better than Red Dead. i mean, in Red Dead travelling alone has a lot of framerate dips. whattajoke.

Demo is not the full game, so I don't think it's worth judging completely at this point. Sounds like it has a few flaws, but what game doesn't?

inFamous had been one of my favorites from this gen, so I can't wait until next week for the sequel.
