inFamous: Electric Souls Announced for PS Vita

Sony and Sucker Punch have announced inFamous: Electric Souls for the PS Vita. Nothing except for the name and the platform are known (though the title makes me think that it will star Cole again); what we do know is that it is a new inFamous game, and not a port.

It's due some time in 2014, which is dumb, because Second Son is also releasing in 2014. Why does Sony do this?

Anyway, who all are looking forward to the game?

Dumb...Why? Second Son is out in March on PS4 and the Vita version could be out end of the year for all you know.

Exactly who would be praying? I wasn't aware anyone at this point still owns a Vita I assumed everyone just jumped ship to the 3DS When Sony made it clear they were done with it.
