I suggest going back and looking at an N64 game to compare. It certainly doesn't look like one. It's not Crysis, but I've enjoyed the look of the inFamous universe.

It's certainly not the best looking game, but in no way does it look like a N64 game.
I'll tell you why I love it:
-It's as fun as hell; as you said it makes you feel powerful.
-The story is good
-The lasting value is impressive, plus you can replay it thanks to the morality system.
The game is ridden with Bugs and Glitches, an insane amount that it's ridiculous. The gameplay is fun though and it has to be one of the most destructive games i've ever played. No doubt it was fun.
I actually really dont like Infamous myself.. but In no way would I say its like an N64 game. I think at the time I played it though I was pretty burned out on open world games. Gonna have to play it again and see if I like it anymore now I havent played an open world game for some time.
I just want TC to give us an example of a game that he feels mops the floor with inFamous. What's your favorite game TC?

yes, but with way better graphics and SMART AI. Infamouse is for kids that find any game to hard to beat.You want smart AI them play Killzone 2 and 3. Those games will make you cry on harder difficulties. The AI is ridiculous and I would say easily some of the best AI this gen.

It has its problems like why is zeke able to run faster then me? why do I run around like a hunch back?
[spoiler] at the start of the game when I'm running accross the bridge all burnt to a crisp and lightning is striking zeke got struck multiple times but...survives...and I do love how even though I was literally burnt to a crisp once the proper game starts im perfectly fine..except I run around like a hunch back [/spoiler] I've not gotten too far into the game otherwise..

This is true, but cmon the AI sucks in Crysis. inFamous AI is better, at least on whatever the hardest level is. I had troubles trying to kill people with little bolts as they dodge the lightning where in Crysis I can just shoot somewhere and the Koreans will run into it.

Says who? I swear HALO 3 won everywhere with CoD 4 being Runner Up
Come on now...bad game...no. It's a pretty good game, and one of the few exclusives that are actually worth playing. Is it perfect...no, but I've yet to find any game that doesn't have some flaws. I will say InFamous' AI could use some improvement. When the enemy just stands there and waits for you to shoot them I wouldn't call that great AI, but I've seen far worse in games.

I agree the graphics suck and as for the game itself, you need to enjoy that kind of super-hero genre, which is not for me, so the game overall sucks big time for me.

The actual game starts 13 days after the initial Explosion so you had some heal time also Cole has Electrical powers and he heals quicker then everybody else. Also you can run faster then Zeke it is just at the start you have to slow down because Zeke knows were to go once I beat the game once I was running faster then Zeke but I sort've knew where to go.
I did kill Zeke once on my Evil playthrough at the start when he got the gun I just started kicking him then then shot him once with lighting and he died. The screen went grey and text said "Zeke has died you failed to protect Zeke" Then Zeke says "Man Dying Sucks"
If you're shallow enough not to like a game because of the graphics that's your loss. And I personally think that the voice acting is good. The game didn't get a 9.0 just because it made you feel powerful. It got a 9.0 because of its great story, fast and fluid combat, easy and fun parkour, and its variety of mission types.
InFamous is not a bad game dude. I thought it was overrated, but certainly not as bad as you're saying it is. The A.I. is not that bad from what I could tell and the graphics are pretty decent.
