I've been banned 4 times before, this is my longest lasting account and Im quite fond of it.

If it turns out good 8-9/10 then great, the PS4 needs it and fans will be happy, but im just not seeing it.

honestly, it going gold is not surprising. what else is there to buy on the ps4...Killzone...Knack? if ps4 users want to get that dust off their ps4 they have get this game. there's nothing else coming in the near future for the system. besides Indies.

the game looks lackluster imo. i said before, if you played videos of past Infamous games next to this one, the gameplay looks exactly the same. nothing new besides no shadows and prettier graphics. if this game bombs the ps4 will look even less attractive to the public. even to the diehards. especially with Titanfall's release earlier in the month.

Even if there were a ton of PS4 games coming out people would still get SS.

@tymeservesfate: what X1 exclusives actually have a release date or window for this year? Because I cant think of any. You jave Titanfall and Project Spark, both multiplat games congrats. PS4 has Infamous, then MLB the show in May, then Driveclub in the summer, and then The Order in the fall. And that's only what's announced and can think of right now. So yeah...stop typing.

its a high profile release. and people seem to love the game as well from what i've seen. if Infamous SS comes out and bombs after the XB1/MS gets a new blockbuster ip and its users are showing it off on their newly acquired Twitch app...you don't think others will notice that after they're done playing Infamous's singleplayer?

i mean, the game is a bareboned experience. after you play it twice as good and evil, its just gonna just sit there...no multiplayer or co-op. its just done, with no new releases coming any time soon. while Titanfall is becoming the new hot thing...of course the other side is going to notice. it all ties together in my opinion.

even if it scores horribly? i'm not saying that a site scoring a game low should depict gamers decision on purchasing. but some people do look at them rationally and will judge whether they'll put their money towards the product, or not. if it bombs, it will lose some sales.

i'm sorry, i'm a skeptic of Infamous. besides the graphics i just don't see anything great about the game. the guy still can't even swim in the game lol.

my main point was that MS/XB1 has more games announced for them, and more to look forward to. you're right, maybe they won't all release this year. but if you look at things...there is more footage of those games out right now than all those PS4 games you listed. so they'll most likely be releasing sooner or around the same time for direct competition. besides Sony is known for announcing games and setting dates/timeframes and then delaying them. DriveClub is a prime example of that. i have more faith in MS actually releasing their games somewhat sooner than i do Sony with theirs.

I bought Tomb Raider on PS4 And PvZ Garden Warfare to hold me over until this game and Titanfall releases. Hopefully Titanfall isn't so good that it keeps me away from other games for too long. I'm gonna be away on a business trip for some time anyways which is terrible timing. I'm gonna miss the start of March Madness (NCAA Basketball Tournament,) Titanfall release and midnight release of Infamous. Real life sure does get in the way sometimes.

I love infamous so this one is a definite buy for me

Gameplay looks the same as Infamous 1 and 2. Same situation as Killzone... Good graphics, very mediocry and nothing new about the gameplay.

no i wouldnt say that about those games...because they both add a little something new, and next gen, to their games. Forza 5 with the drivatars, and DR3 doing a gang of things in its game that last gen you'd need multiple games to do.

Infamous does not. its the same game from last gen with prettier graphics, and thats it. what new things does Infamous bring to the table besides graphics...please tell me. lol. if anything, the game has lost features instead of gaining them. no mulltiplayer, no co-op, 30fps, the main character still can't even swim, cmon. the only thing the game has is graphics...thats it.

what does forza 5 add? slightly improved ghost data. what does it lose? the auction house, night racing, and weather. (features not only standard for other "sim" racers, but some of these things past forzas have had. Hell, this game has less tracks than forza 1.

What does DR3 add that the other Dead Rising games didn't have? Unlike Infamous, that game is out so we can call it like it is with that game instead of speculating like you are.

Gold? Indoor fog, not a shadow to be found in the game, downgraded graphics, no MP, repetitive borefest, Emo main character. Great work getting that GOLD certification through all the hard work. *rolls eyes*
