I had a blast with crackdown, this looks like it could be alot better.

If being a little generic is your complaint. You could say that about almost every game. Give me 5 completly original games. I'll even spot you 1 LittleBigPlanet.

its a third person action game, excuse my scincism but they tend to be mediocore. i mean it looks almost identical to force unleased, prototype and look very similar to mostgames of that type in both gameply and art stlye. NOT'amost every game'is generic, there tends to be alot of distiction (its like saying bioshock is too much like halo or STALKER) but in this case i see not redeeming qualities to warrent any hype.

I'm glad they are trying something new but I would also like to see a next gen Sly Cooper. Now I think Sly was also a game that relied on some typical conventions but still managed to flesh out a great experience that refined itself into a pretty unique series by the time the third game rolled around.

Yea execpt this will have character devlopment,a story and choices. Not saying crackdown was bad or anything.

See, I like the fact that they're giving choices in terms of progression but still not calling it an RPG. I wish more action games would impliment story choices with consequences without feeling the need to add stats.
