Insomniac Games founder Ted Price is leaving the company and Sony

Ted Price, the founder of Insomniac Games announced that he is leaving the company and parting ways with Sony. The reason is because he decided to retire after running the company for over 30 years.

I think he had a good run.

Sony doomed. Top dog is leaving.

Not a good sign.

If this were to happen to a Xbox studio the cows would flock in and say Xbox is doomed. Instead they'll go "this is fine"

That's a rough loss for Insomniac studios. But still a well deserved retirement nonetheless for the past 30 years.

The real question is. Will this save Marvel's Wolverine from gong the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 route?

where is the "concern"?..

Never heard of him. But probably a good time to get out before Sony fully turns his studio into another third person action-adventure studio pretty much like the rest.

30 years is a good run, and definitely time to retire and enjoy his time off.

A lot of good games to play, we don't need (as much as we might want!) him in order to have fun, and I don't say that out of spite, just sayin'

Insomniac is an overall great developer so have few complaints, sure I don't care for Arkham clones but it's clearly what majority want, and those clones have become massive sellers for PlayStation.

So long Insomniac can give me a Ratchet Future game every other time that's fine.
