Insomniac to reveal new "Project" soon

Insomiac Games has announced a partnership with EA but Insomniac will soon announce a new "PS3 Project".

"We're bringing our new game to a very special Penny-Arcade Expo panel on Saturday evening (September 4th), at 6:30pm in the Serpent Theatre," the developer writes. "G4TV's Adam Sessler will moderate a panel with key creative talent from Insomniac Games as we discuss (and demo!) our upcoming PlayStation 3 project."

Aw I was hoping for a multiplat game. It's probably Resistance 3 or Ratchet and Clank then.

I hope its not resistance 3. Not because I don't like the series (which I enjoyed a lot so far), but because was KNOW it's coming, eventually. Another game that we're not expecting would be cool.

If its resitance 3 which most likly will be, I hope the improve on it. I though the second one was more of a let down than the first for me.

R2 was fun but i really want another RnC! A Crack in Time was so epic win for me i played it for over a month till i platinumed it! lol.. having R3 is nice and all but again i want a new RnC!

I really wouldn't mind their announcement concerning Resistance 3. I would be happy to play through it as long as changes and improvemenets are made. But I had enough fun with Resistance 2 so, like I said, I wouldn't mind an announcement.

Although if it would be a new IP I'd hope its different enough from Ratchet and Resistance.
