Every market counts before Americans start saying "ireland lol"

I was so suprised looking at this Lair and Ratchet & clank are outselling Halo 3 in Ireland. And sony is actually having good software sales in Ireland and large areas of Europe contrary to whats happening in America.

Im sorry.....but who really cares about the market in just ireland.......where an awful game like kayne and lynch is #6.

It's our opinion what we like, i think it's silly thatyanks trying to tell us what games are better based on their on opinion, my opinion is that yanks have no taste,all uns like is shooters, uns are obsessed with violence

I'm not to bothered about posting it I'm from northern ireland whatever happens down south of the border isn't my doing.

They do seem to buy bad games but that seems to happen everywere (eg mario and sonic sold well worldwide)

To be fair don't think Europeans are intrested in shooters compared to are American counterparts and it seems to be a reason for the ps3 doing RELATIVLY well.

By relativly I mean outselling the x-box 360 in Europe by around 80k units a week (mostly due to the christams rush), butI think unlesss you have a fan boy in denial they will admit that the Wii has amazing sales with no sign of stopping soon reguarly outselling the ps3 at a ratio of2:1.

To each his own.

This is the first time I've actually seen an Irish chart posted here in System Wars. Why not clump it together with the rest of European countries?

I'm from the north too but i think irish charts are all ireland and not just the south, i find there is no difference from the north or south since we are just miles apart and i am just a few miles from the border so we all pretty much like the same software

Yes but i'm sure the north is the same as south since we are pretty much a few miles apart, when i went to england it felt completely different than just going a few mile across the border into the south, since i live in south derry a few miles takes me into the south and they are exactly the same as us compared to going to england or wales

There are no ps3 or x-box 360 exclusives on that list at all! uncharted was released 4 hours before that chart was taken before anyone asks about it. I think pokemon battle revolution was also released 4 hours before the chart was taken aswell.

Thats not true, 360 still has sizeable lead in europe over ps3 hardware wise (yes the ps3 is finally moving units), and Australia has the 360 beating the crap outta the ps3.

Japan in the only market where the 360 is having any real problems.

lol wut? crappy games? its all opinion. You probably buy games according to reviews though, so you miss out
