Well, here at gamespot, I haven't seen a AAA for PS3 yet and the Wii has only two right now.Bioshock, Halo 3 are both AAA's exclusive to 360 (Halo 3) and Windows (Bioshock). WTF!? What is going on!?

So far the 360 is dominating with AAA's but the Wii also has one.
According to one group of reviewers, yes.
But don't let your opinions be based on someone else's. That is foolish.
1.The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess 94.2%
2.Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition 91.2%
3.Metroid Prime 3: Corruption 90.5%
Oblivion got a 9.5 here, NGS got a 9.0, R6:Vegas got a 9.0, and Ratchet is a AAA all around. black_awpN1
HUH? AAA exclusive and on gamespots!

If Cows can't GameRank R&C, you can't use GameRankings for AAA count.

If u are going by system war rules then yes xbox 360 has the most AAA's but in reality the ps3 has 2 AAA titles and the wii has2 or3AAA exclusives. Gamespot just seems to dislike ps3 and wii titles. Well I ait going to argue, because it is just a review and opinion from one game site.

Well, if you go by GameRankings the Wii loses Warioware as an exclusive, and the PS3's only contention is R&C.

Ratchet and Clank is not AAA quality. Sorry, but no.
Dude you don't even own a PS3 so how would you know? And that's my feelings with the GS reviewer. He doesn't have a PS3 or like platformers. So how is he qualified to review R&C. Short answer: He's not. It would be like asking someone who hates shooters and doesn't own an Xbox to review Halo. R&C is AAA. It raises the bar for platformers, it raises the bar for graphics, it raises the bar for character animation, and the game is fun!

2.Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction 90.7%

Oblivion is a multiplate.

Let me list the flaws I have had so far. I have fallen through level geometry three times. I have been stuck on ledges unable to move twice. I have had three cutscenes freeze for minutes at a time, I have clipped through solid surfaces, and I have had shots disappear in mid-air.
It needed more polish, and had it had that polish and came in Dec, you might have gotten me to say it was AAA quality. As it is now, its great fun, its beautiful, but its flawed in ways a AAA game should not be.
The PS3 is on the bottom shelf, under the 360 and Wii. Its hard to see, but its there. PSN ID is SpruceCaboose, just like my GamerTag and GS ID.

95% of reviewers disagree with you!!
The other 5% is GS!! And guess what site we're on?
And to the mention of Paper Mario (the VC one):
1) It's not exclusive.
2) 'Tis a direct port from N64. Sure, the game was reviewed on the VC, on how well it aged, but I remember Casey speaking against counting VC games at one point.

100% of reviewers aren't me. And besides, I read all the major reviews, and not one mentions the flaws I have had. I know its not my game disc, and I highly doubt that I am the only one to find them. Most reviewers saw the graphics and over looked the flaws.
I would label it AA easy, but not AAA.

But still... if were counting games from generation... in the aspect of this generaiton, paper mario is an exclusive.

However, if we followed this logic, we'd have to count Ninja Gaiden: Sigma as an exclusive, at which time SW would asplode.

To me, Super Paper Mario is exclusive, as is Sigma, but I do not count PSN, XBLA, or Wii VC games in my lists, as I think of them more as minigames, and not full fledged games.

I, personally, agree... and don't agree.
Agree because: Since VC games are graded by today's standards (minus current-gen hardware) and how well they age, that's something to think about.
Don't agree because: Simply put, we've played it before.
I'm undecided, though leaning towards the latter choice.
SpruceCaboose: We mean the very first Paper Mario, the one on the VC.

R&C is not AAA on Metacritic. Score = 89.
So sorry!

I figured on that, which was why I said my clarification of Wii VC, PSN, and XBLA titles to be sure. But thank you for clearing that up.

I like those games, but it gets thorny in there. Are they to be judged against current games, retro games, mini games, etc, and what about "games" coming up like Flower on PSN? Its not really a game, but I am sure it will be judged.
I just think, for simplicity, it should stick to retail games, at least this generation.

True, gamers, if they follow the trend of music sales, will probably download most games next gen.

Three issues I see.
1. Broadband speed needs to increase.
2. HDD space needs to be cheaper and larger.
3. There is no real way to "sell" a downloaded game to someone or a store if you want to trade it in, so games need to be cheaper IMO to make up for that lack of tangible (resale) value.

agreed. HDD space needs to hold a ton of games " i have 29 games for my 360 as we speak"

True, that kind of thing wouldn't be perfect.
However, those who didn't know better would probably do it anyway.
...Actually, if the price of games goes up next gen, people would probably look for something cheaper, so despite downsides, some would probably do it.
