The answer is in my previous post.
Don't buy it, not a good enough reason to lock all topics on the same subject that fall in the bounds of SW.
We beat subjects to death here that are very clear cut all day long. That is not against SW rules, unless a sticky exists, which one does not for this topic.
So again why lock ALL threads dealing with this subject?
Could be because 3 separate threads of the same old debunked rumor isn't necessary (could be considered spam), If I was a mod this one would be gone too.
This one makes sense to lock, however, I never said they shouldn't lock redundant threads. What I did ask is why lock ALL threads, that makes no sense. Talking about old debunked material in the frame work of SW is not against SW rules, and should not be locked. Locking is used for specific things, not just doing so b/c you can.
BTW I would PM this to an actual mod but I'm not sure who keeps locking threads since they don't respond when they lock, as they once did more often back in the past.
