Ok, Madden 30 FPS on PS3 was bad enough, now we have NHL 08 running at 60 FPS on 360 and on PS3, a lackluster 30FPS. Why is it EA cant take just a liiiiitle time out of their day to make their products good? Is it just them being veery lazy and not caring, or what? Really, how hard is it too make your game run the same speed on both Platforms? Its not the ahardware, its just them being lazy and half assing it.

Well it's just all business to them. When you're making a game multiplat for like 6 systems you have to set priorities I guess. It'll just natrually be made equal from experience and enhanced tools eventually even if 360 is always the primary platform. Hell if PS3 beats out 360 in sales we could see the 360 version being worse a few years from now.
People throw around the term "lazy dev" very loosely around here, but did you ever think that maybe they have a deadline to meet and delaying the game because of its "lackluster" FPS will cost them more than they really need to pay?
I think they are lazy even without the bad ports to the PS3.
EA is just a bunch of money grubbers. Look at each year the new games they pump out. What exactly did you pay another 60 bucks for for Madden? like 2 or 3 extra features and a bunch of things that should have made it into the original game the previous year.
If they took the same time it took to make Gears of War, Halo, Ninja Gaiden etc.. Think of how much better all thier games would be on release.
I don't buy any EA games anymore. Every single title they produce is 1/2 finished piece of crap. Boycott them and you will see quality games. Otherwise you just feed thegiant piggy bank!!

EA's the single best company in gaming for me. They're publishing Rock Band, Crysis, and so many other promising games. This years madden was a good evolution of the proven formula. Go EA! Smack those Ubisoft noobs!

what games are you referring to?
Oblivion,Darkness,GRAW and many more looks same or little better then 360. You compare a lame sport game by EA running at 30FPS to be PS3 downside?
