Is Gears of War going to be the best Xbox 360 game ever? I have a feeling it might just be the best game the Xbox 360 has to offer. I know we all do not have a crystal ball, but what game do you think will be the best the Xbox 360 has to offer?

Mass Effect looks to be a visually stunning game that will probably deserve all the praise it will get, but its not for me...I dont like those space kinda games....reminds me too much of KOTOR...

If you're talking about graphics, then there are already games that are looking better (none are out yet though, of course), and CliffyB himself has stated that Gears 2 will make Gears look like garbage. But if you're talking about quality wise, I'm positive we'll see better games in the future.

Well, personally, there are loads of games out that I like better than Gears :P But Halo 3, Mass Effect, and the rest of the Gears series have potential. I'm sure that I'm forgetting some too, and there's a bunch of unannounced games in the future as well that could break Gears.

Thats a matter of opinion, for me it will be Bioshock, Eternal Sonata, Lost Oddysey, Mass Effect, Forza 2, ETC.

Yes, it is. GRAW2 has infinitely better multiplayer. GoW only has one game mode that is about teamwork and nobody plays that and then the other two are almost entirely the same.
I'm going to say the Darkness will be better as well, but I don't understand why it is getting zero hype because StarBreeze's previous project was very high quality.

I love C&C as well, it would be nice for the Xbox 360 to get an awesome RTS game. Hopefully they don't screw it up on 360. I really wish I could play more RTS's but the ones that are out and coming out are too good for my pc.

I think it's great. I love the online. I am the only one who does. It's really fun online if you play player matches and play with people who match your skill

Gears, Halo, Halo Wars, Kotor 2, Fable 2, PGR4, Forza, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Banjo 3 all have good chances of being the best 360 game. I'd put my money on Halo 3 though.

I'ts a fun game, and looks amazing on an HDTV. But is it the best the 360 has to offer? No one really knows. The 360 is only a year and a half old. Who knows what games will come out in 3 years.
Gears was a great game, but Bioshock, Mass Effect, Halo 3, or Alan Wake should be able to beat itdarkodonnie
