never played the first SoF, but played the 2nd one quite a bit certianly one of the most gruesome games ive played, especially for the graphical capabilites at the time

I don't know if it's the most graphic game because I haven't played every game but out of the games I've seen, yes, it is.
For the first time through perhaps... but there is very little replay value. And a lot of people in this thread seem to be giving off the "its good because its graphic" vibe. Much like how people touted Gears.

I really like your sig. Kratos should probably take a shower after that one. And yes, I think that it is possible that GoW 3 is the most graphic demo ever. When the game comes out, then we will decide if it is the most graphic game ever.

Not at all. I got more bored with the second one than the first. I was actually able to go through the first twice.
Dude what? You can play through the entire game again with your previous character, upgrade different weapons, explore different combos, costumes, diffiiculty levels, secrets. And not to mention all of the "making of" features. I doubt you've finished any GOW game let alone play it.

Its just boring... the costumes in the first game were terrible, and not worth the time to unlock. And the game is exactly the same how many ever times you play it. There is no way to improve with each time you play it like in Devil May Cry. Had there been a rating system in GoW, I might be saying differently. But its just a generic button mashing hack-n-slash with high production values. Nothing more.
I actually own both GoW games, enjoyed the time I spent with them but felt they were very lacking in depth and replay value.

Ouchh the eyeball and the head ripping part are pretty screwed upp. It might be too much, but it still is pretty awesome :P Don't think it makes game good, but interesting. Like it'll be fun to watch all other graphic kills like that.

Ok... I've sat through FEAR, Condemned 2, you name it, but that made me a little naseous. Plus some guy's sig... has Kratos taking out a cyclops eyeball... that was ... disgusting. Unless this gets 10's and high nines, I won't get it.
Seriously lol and Manhunt! , i dont think GOW can live up to those games as this game is more mythical and its not like hes actually killing people lol, yes it is gory but i dont find it as harsh as SOF and Manhunt , but I love GOWs brutality!
