I think it is since its not solelyDLC now, and its a completely seperate game, not in need of the original GTA4 disc. Watching the ballad of gay tony trailer, it actually looks like its going to add some cool gameplay elements as well. This game was totally under my radar, but it looks like it will be a solid 20 hours of gameplay.
What do you guys think? Exclusive or no? Buy or not a buy?
