Is InFamous unfinished?

Looks like Sony rushed the game a little too quickly.

I guess they did but IGN and GAMEINFORMER gave it a 9/10 so it still has a lot of potential.:)

hmmm maybe got a bad copy? IGN review said biggest bug he had was falling through the map once during his 30 hour playthrough. Hell i have fallen into fallout 3's map 3 times in my 80 hour play through. We'll see later this month how polished it really is.

Now i'm not expert but i'm pretty certain they wouldnt have made a whole lot of noticable changes in the couple of weeks they brought it up.

Well from the vid review on ign the game looked pretty done. Only problem they said was some pop inhere and there after all its an open streaming world and some framerate hitches when things get really crazy.

Hard to believe Infamous can go unfinished yet rack in AAA scores like it has.

I wouldnt take what they say to seriously since ive never heard of NOWGAMER.com ...

honestly this game came out of nowhere, i overlooked this game when looking at ps3 exclusives with uncharted 2, god of war3, heavy rain, and mag, but im gonna have to get this one eventually too.

i remember them. they were the only site that had bad previews for infamous and kept saying how they confused infamous with prototype....yea...

3 years in the making sounds pretty rushed aye.

They were comfortable enough to release early, besides if they released it the following month it would've been released the same time as Prototype. So releasing Infamous early might help it sell better. Also would it be possible for the devs to have a patch to make the game look better and fix pop ups and framerate issues? Day one purchase still.

I'm actually starting to get pretty excited for Infamous. With the reviews it's gotten so far I'm surprised Sony didn't create more hype for it.

Lots of time doesnt always mean good game. Look at Too Human. That game was being developed since the PS1 era and it still sucked.
