You probably got in on a game where you were better, but that's not always the case. My brother in law John thought the same thing when he played R6 Vegas online on my PS3 until he played several games and ran into some players that creamed him.

well to be fair there are more hardcore FPS people on 360 than PS3 so its safe to say that most of the talent is on the 360 side and there is better competition. But that doesn't mean that there aren't any good players on PS3. There are just fewer good players on PS3 than on 360. That can't really be disputed.

I'll say that all console gamers suck at FPS games, because they can't use a mouse, then.
Of course it's not necessarily true. I just said so from watching some console noob try his hand at some FPS games on the PC.

this is true. FPS on PC is easy mode to me. The way I see it is like this. If you are very good with a gamepad you transition to M/KB would be easier than if you went from M/KB to gamepad. There is a reason why many PC FPS fans stay on PC. It has as much to do with the controls as it does the modding.

So you happened to play noobs. Play COD4 again, except against people all on their 3rd prestiege. Then say all ps3 gamers are bad at FPS.
Or maybe you are good at FPS.
Yourt statement makes no sense. You aresaying that EVERY ps3 player is bad at FPS games. The contreoller is fine and the games are the some on each platform.
I have played for a while and done amazing. Maybe you were playing with a good team, other times I have sucked.
Dont make such a sweeping statement next time though. So you came out on top, who cares? Just about everyone has.

I am great at CS:S and CS : 1.6 but im also pretty good at PS3 and 360... its just different cause you dont have the same controls on key board and you cant point and click.

Because the controls are more accurate, and more flexible (fully customizable) - not easier. But I guess it's also what we're used to.
