is killzone 2 considered to become a better game than halo 3(halo killer???)

while i believe killzone 2 looks fantastic and already looks tons better than the first game, i dont think it could come even close to beating halo 3's online players in share numbers, or make the halo 3 community move to killzone 2. i dont see killzone 2's multiplayer turning out as deep and as customizable as halo 3.

Whoever considers this are going to set themselves up for some massive ownage once KZ2 launches and gets it's reviews.

How about CoD4, im asking cause I dont play Halo online but CoD4 was pretty awesome and I understood a lot of people where jumoing ship. Also I have heard a whole lot more about CoD4 than Halo 3 since they launched

I have Halo3 so i dont want KZ2 to be 'the' Halo Killer.... I just like how KZ2 is shaping up... it looks like its got solid gameplay, a good story, interesting MP and some amazing visuals...

Halo 3 is a great shooter but it is heavily overated by 360 'only' owners... still its a great Shooter..

Back to KZ2, I think guerilla & Sony, have put lots of effort in this series and am sure devs are working hard to fix the flaws KZ1 had and make the overall experience in KZ2 much better..

i think that those who are looking forward to KZ2 (like myself) should just keep an eye on new info coming out on the game, rather than posting the game to be the 'halo' killer...

what is sure that once KZ2 gets released it will surely create lots of disucssions in here.. cause if it ends up being a great shooter, will see many threads claiming ownage over PS3 haters while if KZ2 ends up being an average title, there will be an equal amount of threads bashing the game and claiming ownage over PS3 owners who like myself have hyped or defended the game so far..

Either way KZ2 will be one of those titles which will generate lots of discussions in here, even more that it did so far..

Halo 3s online is fun but, deep and customizable, it is not. It always ends with the BR.

KZ2 beats in that aspect, imo, go take a look at the latest KZ2 info.

Exactly. Im a PSWii Owner and I Know that there may be games that come close to it like warhammer with WoW but your going to need a damn good game to make it more popular.

COD4 is the only Live game that has challenged Halo's popularity. However recently, Halo just rewon the crown as most played on Live.

Halo simply gets sales and scores now based on the name. Zoso-8

I guess all those sales have absolutly nothing to do with the actual content, although I dont think Halo:CE was bettered anywhere in the range, including multiplayer.

sure thats my opinion... but having played (still playing) Halo3, its a great fps but it is overated by many fans of the series..

you are right though about the content, if COD4 had a co-op mode it probably would have scored better because it would have added more replay value..

yeah, we'll see. it certainly won't be more popular than halo.. but it could be better, who knows. i mean they've taken what like 8 milleniums now making the darn game,
